Guidelines for recipe submission Deadline June 30, 2007 Anticipated Publishing date Fall 2007 Thyme for Goat is a marketing co-op of several small goat breeders in Maine. Dancing Bridge Publications approached us to develop a cook book that will feature goat meat recipes from around the country. There will be approximately 120 recipes in the book. The book will be organized by regions of the country with an index of recipes by type, (Appetizer, Main Dish, Soups, etc). Any farm or organization that submits a recipe that is used in the book will have their name, farm/organization name, website, town and state listed with the recipe. In addition, that person or organization will be able to purchase the books at 20% off the list price to re-sell, or give away as a promotion of their product or farms. Our preference is to receive the recipes via email as an attached Word document or as text in the email if you do not have access to Word. Recipe CategoryIf your recipe is selected for use in the cook book, you will be mailed the following waiver. Your recipe cannot be included in the book until we receive a signed and dated waiver form.
